Strengthening its leadership team to capitalize on growth and momentum within IT GRC, Lynx announces technology veteran Mathew Beck as New CTO

Lynx Technology Partners (Lynx), one of Inc. Magazine’s fastest-growing private companies and ranked among the top US security companies for consecutive years, proudly announces Matthew Beck as their new Chief Technology Officer.  With a rapidly growing share of the IT GRC market, Lynx has added a technology leader with success in a wide range of environments including pure research, structured product life cycle management, rapid application development, technical due diligence and building and developing Agile/Lean software teams.

“We are very fortunate that our hard work and dedication to providing our customers with the highest level Cyber Security, Risk Management and IT GRC products and services has resulted in rapid growth for our organization.  Maintaining our high standards while capitalizing on this growth requires a seasoned veteran with a passion for growing technology ventures,” says Aric K. Perminter, Founder and Chairman of Lynx Technology Partners, Inc.  “Matthew has helped several ventures deliver exceptional value to their customers and we are extremely excited to have him join the Lynx team.”

Beck is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.  He began his professional career working for CMU’s Robotics Institute, focusing on manufacturing process automation.  Beck has also served in various technical roles at eSourcing and SaaS pioneer FreeMarkets (now Ariba, an SAP company), with a focus on web application architecture.  Beck also served as CTO at Acatar, a next-generation educational technology and online degree platform acquired by Learning House in 2015 and eBillingHub, a provider of SaaS electronic bill processing for professional services, acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2011.

“I am excited to be joining Lynx during this dynamic growth stage,” says Beck.  “I was drawn to Lynx by the team’s reputation for providing exceptional guidance to Fortune 1000 enterprises and Federal agencies.  As we extend Lynx technology offerings I look forward to bringing that distilled experience of highly effective security, risk management and compliance practices to companies of all sizes.”
